It's kind of hard to tell for sure but the wear looks a bit uneven in the pics. How does it feel when you rotate it? I would measure each w/ the indicator as you rotate the hub just to verify. You might have to modify the shimming.

Are you sure the preload isn't supposed to be 16-18 in/ lbs.

The manufacturer of the bearing kit (Yukon) states 14-19 for new bearings and 6-8 for old bearings. I have old dummy slip-on bearings that i'm using for set up.
