What it's worth and what you can get out of it are two differant things. You just have to get lucky and have the right buyer see your ad at the right time. Sometimes that happens right away and sometimes it takes years. If I had plenty of extra money I would not hesitate to give you what you're asking for it, but with hard ecomonic times and because it's "not a 1970" it might be hard to sell. I wish you the best and a quick sell. I just sold a 78 El Camino that I had put new quarters and rockers on and primered ready for paint and had to sell it for $300 because I needed the money. I even gave $200 worth of new weatherstripping and other things along with the sell. JB

JB's right. If it's in good shape, $6500.00 is not unreasonable. But you will have to be patient (or advertise farther afield) until a buyer comes along who appreciates the deal.
