Sure. The part is actually shaped like a "J". The distance between the long and short part of the J is 1 3/8". The steel is 1/8" thick. The short part of the J has a little lip at the very end so the clamp doesnt slide off. And the short side also has a slight bend to it, longways, so it sits a little flatter on the curve of the pipe. Check out the pics. You should be able to fab these up real easy. Then just clamp or weld them to the pipe.
