Hey Cody. My 75 has the 10" Rally's on the back with 295/60-15's that fit perfectly inside the big wheel wells. It looks great.

Well after over 30 hours of winter driving through white outs and moutain ranges I have her home. Will post some pics soon as I get some decent ones and figure out the posting process.

Hello from the bluegrass.
Hello. My name is Chris. I am the proud owner of a 74 Chevelle Malibu Classic. It mostly makes my driveway look good as it sits stairing at the highway just yards away. I can't wait to drive it again. It was once my daily driver, but has no creature comforts on the inside such as carpet, headliner working heater or even weatherstripping to stop the cold air from freezing my fingers to the bone in winter. Still fun to drive as long as you have good gloves. I have plans to make it my daily driver again as soon as possible, but it will take more cash than I currently have to get it there.
Enough about me and more about the star of the show.
1974 Chevelle
Factory Straight six car from Canada. (Currently with me in Kentucky)
Now has a 73 350 from a 3/4 ton pickup.
Weiand single plane Intake
Eddlebrock 650 Performer Carb (I think)
Headers that I traded a transfer case for.
Accell HEI Super coil
Everything stock on the inside.
All backed by a 350 Turbo from the same truck I borrowed the motor from.
I had to cut the drive shaft to make it work with the long tail tranny, but it works
2.88 gear in the back if I counted correctly.
Copper in color with a black painted top where the vynil once was.
Rally wheels.
Currently gets 10-12 mpg's I think.
That's about it for now.

Re: ~~Introduce Yourself~~
Hello, name is Josh. I'm am from Staunton VA, and I am new to this forum and Chevelles.
I am a professional bull rider and horse trainer full time.
My hobbies include "but not limited to" aviation, through various types of fabrication and inventions ranging within several different fields from PC graphics, custom gunsmithing, to science experiments partaking in quantum physics and thermodynamics etc...
In other words, I'll try anything once and twice if I like it!
With that out of the way, back to cars!
While the 73 Chevelle is a new project, cars in my family are not.
My Granddad, Dad, and Uncle all have built and raced cars all their lives, with extensive knowledge from the frames through the engines. Almost everything a person can do without a machine shop, they have done or attempted at some point.
I joined hoping to learn (as by reading others post, I already have) and to share my project as I go.

I guess until I can post them on here directly, you could always visit my photobucket account. If you click on the little world symbol "wedsite link" under my profile pic to the left, it will take you directly there so you can view my album.

Haha, well she hasn't bucket me off yet, but I have plans to throw enough ponies in there to bust up a Mexican rodeo, so time will tell!
