Re: bumper questions
Nope, it'll look worse with the "so called" chrome paint. Trust me, you might as well be spraying any other silver color.

Re: bumper questions
today i tucked in the front bumper on my el camino, turned out pretty noice lol. (no pictures yet)
has anyone tucked the rear bumper on a el camino? i know its possible because i seen a dark blue el camino on here where it had both bumpers tucked nicely. anyone remember this elky? someone on here was trying to get them to join g3gm.

Re: bumper questions
If I had an Elky, I would try to find/fab a roll pan & just do away with the bumper all together.

that would be cool but it kinda would look funky with just the front bumper being chrome. unless i did the roll pan and then painted the front bumper black, but kinda like the chrome bumpers.

Re: bumper questions
got the front bumper fillers in and i had to do alot of cutting on the side fillers because its a gmc sprint bumper and the ends are more rounded off. looks nice but i am just doing the fitting right now and it fits well, next step paint. and i need to get all new bumper bolts (the nut is rounded off) any ideas? ace hardware?

Re: bumper questions
The Paddock.... whoops.
Most places like OPGI or Year One SHOULD have some generic bumper bolts. Otherwise, IDK......

Re: bumper questions
Are you talking about the ones that you can see on the outside of the bumper? They're pretty much just carriage bolts right? Any hardware store would carry them.
