It doesn't hurt to retorque it all after it takes a set.

Just re torqued everything and discovered I hadn't posted this picture of the finished project. So here it is.

Just wondering does it make a difference which you torque, the bolt or the nut? I'm thinking not but what do I know?

I would think the nut would be the better end to torque.  BTW it looks nice. So do you notice a difference with the sway bar?

Haven't driven it too hard yet, wanted to make sure the rear end was broken in first. I don't know if I'll make it out again other than for gas before her winter slumber.

Thanks for the compliment. She's beginning to be more and more the car I wanted as a teenager.

Its always better to torque the nut. That way the friction force you feel is in the nut to the threads rather than than the bolt friction in the hole.

That's not the chrome rocker trim, that's the sheet metal rocker. Don't excite me like that. I saw the price and almost went buy now! I'm looking for the three pieces of chrome, but I've decided to let it go. The last set I saw sold on e-bay for $1200 US. That's a little rich for my blood. Mind you they were NOS and complete but still I can't justify $1200 for 6 pieces of trim.

I like the rocker moldings, but gave up looking for good stuff, and ground off the little nubs that the clips attach to before it was painted.
I could make my own from stainless, but my plate is full right now....

I like them too.  It's one of those things that says 70's.  

The guy I bought the car from actually had the trim.  At one point he had it installed, by a butcher who put it on with sheet metal screws. affraid  Yes sheet metal screws right through the moldings.  Now that's not so bad because you can get that fixed right? (most chrome platers can do something about holes) He then takes them off fixes the damage on the car and keeps the trim for years and years.  He then tosses them a couple of months before selling the car.

That was a common fix on '70's cars when the trim loosened up.  I remember watching my boss do it on his '78 delta 88 (back in about '91/'92)
