75 monte in movie

I'm sure there's a thread here somewhere for cars in movies but I didn't see it .
Anyway in the movie : in the line of duty , the FBI murders , you get not one but two 75 montes (-: . They are both incorrectly referred to in the movie as " a late model Monte Carlo " and " a 1979 Monte Carlo " . The FBI had known the car they were looking for for weeks so you'd think they would have got the model right . It was set in the mid eighties and a true story .
