Anyone know?  Assuming it's a stock color, although I've never seen it b4.  I can search the chips but thought I'd take a shot that someone knows of the top of their head.

I have the 1975 Pontiac PPG color chip sheet. Code #64 is Pesimmon poly, and code # 80 is Tampico Orange. It could be Either one , it is hard to tell from a picture. I also have the 1973 GM martin Senour color chip sheet. It has code #97 as Medium Orange poly - Chevy, Omega Orange _ Olds, or Navajo Orange _ Pontiac. OR it could be Corvette color code 980 which is called Orange poly. I have also see a few modern colors which are close, like Sunset Orange. The Poncho color looks a bit darker- hard to tell from pics but the Sunset Orange looks like it matches perfectly.

Was that also called "Burnt Orange" for later years?  That's what someone is calling the paint on this Monte.

Same color Anthony?

I guess it is ,his had black trim so it was a little different to the eye.

That '77 monte's color is called Orange Metallic in the 1977 GM Chevrolet Monte Carlo brochure (paint code 78). PPG calls it Orange Poly. I just parted a nice Light Buckskin interior from one of these a couple weeks ago. Anyone need anything?

Yes, I think everyone just used to call every shade of darker orange "Burnt Orange" back in the day. Nowdays though,seems there are are hundreds of shades of the same color. Each with a different name. If you want to know the color on that exact Laguna, we have to ask the painter...study

The picture of the Grand Am was taken on an overcast day, there are no shadows really, while the 74 Laguna was obviously in super bright light. It does make a big difference how you perceive the color.

I almost bought a 75 Chevelle that was the same exact color combo as the Monte I posted. Nice car but the seller wanted too much $$$$.
