trunk floor and other sheet metal
I am having one of my frequent mental lapses this morning. Someone wanted a trunk floor pan and here is a link where it can be found. If this is already mentioned just ignore me. JB http://www.autobodyspecialt.com/

Hey I'm new here and I was wondering does any one here have a lot of knowledge about the Lagunas I have a 76 and I was wanting to know what other cars have parts that will interchange with the 76 Laguna is it only Chevelle or is there others too I'm just trying to fix mine up but not really worried about it being all original I just want it to look and drive good, be safe and not have a crap load of bondo to do it

I don't think full quarters are available. Only in NOS GM parts and they are spendy when you find them Correct me if I'm wrong. http://www.opgi.com/p/steel-body-panels/11765/26/1667100.html

Re: trunk floor and other sheet metal
a great place to start for your parts is: www.rockauto.com
as far as the quarters, unless you want to spend big bucks, you will need to buy the quarter panel skin, and weld it in. There are mainly two manufacturers of these available- Sherman and Goodmark.

Re: trunk floor and other sheet metal
I have several NOS GM quarter panels for 1974 and up Chevelle with the large quarter window. I paid $400 ea and since they don't fit my 73 I'm looking for what I paid, or will trade for 73 parts. I have large boxes and can ship for my cost. This should probably be in classified but since someone asked I'm posting it here first.

Re: trunk floor and other sheet metal
So I take it that a 76 and 77 are the same in body style cuz I kinda have a sentimental value to this car and would like to fix it up like the day it was new with a few changes I want like ten inch tires and more horse power and maybe a two to three inch cowl induction hood and maybe a 6 speed manual for gas mileage if it would help? But right now I'm out of work but the bills don't stop so right now I can't even buy a lug nut for it. The good thing is the car is all there except for the passenger door window and door panel and as far as I can see the trunk floor pans and quarter panels are all I need to get it fixed up plus some small odds and end things like cracked dash seats and rug. Tell u the truth the reason this car was parked in the field ten years ago is cuz the starter went out.

Re: trunk floor and other sheet metal
I just got the car home finely, my 76 Laguna and it pretty bad needs all new interior, quarter panels, floor and trunk pans, New windshield, passenger side window maybe both door but the driver side for sure but the brakes work, the gas lines look good so does the tank it cranks over but the starter kicks out when it hits and the brakes work and they aren't locked up but I wouldn't trust the lines as far as driving it on the road but any ways I'm gonna get it running and driving and fix the body and interior up on it as I go this is gonna be fun but I wanted it so now I got it
