Rear trunk air deflector "wing"
Just wondering. Has anyone ever tried using the rear air deflector from a G3 wagon and put it on a 2 door? Wonder if the mounts would line up with the trunk lid and how it would look. I think it would be pretty cool using a factory G3 part instead of retrofitting something.

I don't know how well it fits, but I think it would look better on a trunk lid if the mounts were installed 180* on the wing.

Hmm as normal wing at the end of the trunk? That wing is very similar to a 68 to 72 Vista Cruiser wing, unless you alter the mounts i.e. custom make them it will look funny as angles will not be correct. I have a 71 Vista with said wing. Whould love same wing on my 76 Vista too but you can't have everything.
