Chuck Hanson's Laguna S-3
Been watching a video series that Holley sponsored back in 2013-14 showing an LS swap on a chevelle chassis. Thought it was interesting but noticed later in the series of videos hosted by Chuck Hanson from back in the Power Block days that he has a 75 or 76 Laguna tucked away in his shop. I knew I always like that guy for a reason lol!

Funny that you mention a Laguna. I have 1. I was watching old NASCAR racing on YouTube last night. Over 1/2 the field at some tracks were Lagunas. I will try and find this video tonight.

I think he has sold sd that since that Video ran into some health issues IIRC and stepped away from limelight for awhile

Wow, what a coincidence! I have one too! It's a smaller world than I thought. Love watching those old videos of NASCAR from the 70's. Give's me goosebumps to see all those Lagunas on the track.

Couldn't find anything on Chuck's health or what he still owns. But I did find this article from Hot Rod magazine that mentions the specifics about his collection as of 2015. And its a 1975 Laguna from what the article states.

Chuck is a very good man.
If I remember correct he spent a little time on Doc Spirals 73-77 Chevytalk forum with us a number of years ago. After the passing of his son in 2005 I believe he stepped away from the camera for a while.?
He was working on a Nascar style '75 Laguna some years ago. I'll see if I can dig up some pics.
