TransGo has always been pretty good on shift kits. I used one like 25 years ago on my 79 malibu.

Ive installed Art Carr shift kits in 200 and 700r4 trannies and tbeyve always worked well. Dont know if they make them for turbo 350/400.

I've used the Transgo in a couple TH350s, and one in a TH400, which I haven't "tested" yet....
With nice tight clutch packs, the Transgo kit will make the tires bark nicely on the first two shifts.....
