So who went ? I saw G3nut cruisin on Friday and I was also cruisin around with Bill,we were following each other,pretty cool to see 2 black 73 Montes driving along together! I hope someone got a picture. Crazy story was the previous owner of my 73 Monte was there! I never knew the guy he bought it in North Carolina in 1989,he came over and started asking me questions and yup ,it was his. Hes got some old pics on his FB page that I am going to repost here. Crazy story.

I know Paul! The guy sold it to a woman with a farm near here and then she sold it to the guy I bought it from. My wife always said it smelled like a barn inside and a told her she was nuts, see, she was right! The whole thing is wacky. Normaly I take my 77 to that show and the guy told me he wasnt going to even go but changed his mind and went.

Went up Saturday with my youngest daughter. Ant, I may have seen you car by the small shady grassy area near the paved lot.. Not sure if that was your car or not?  Saw another toward the street side grassy area. Both great looking black Montes!  Also, met G3nut.. His car looks awesome and the work done to it is impressive!

Overall, many nice 1973–77 GM's, including a 73' Baldwin Motion phase III & 77 Can Am.

Looks like a great event! Lots of variety in there, too. G3Nut's car looks really good. I was at the Rt 66 show this weekend and saw a set of Boss wheels like G3Nut and I have, BUT, they had put factory 69-72 SS center caps on. They look great. I can't put any pics up right now,(PC prob) but will as soon as I can.
