I love the body colored engine compartment. I wonder if it is a '73 with '74 face though. It has plastic inner fenders and the under hood bracing is the same as my replacement '73 hood. My original '74 hood had a different layout than the one pictured, idk if that is year specific or not.

He bought it like that drove it for 15years before Iowa winters killed the body and then he rebodied it. Believe he said he's owned it for like 20-25 years. Looks like it rolled out the factory like that not all jacked up like most

Yep from remsen had minor rain before show then it was ok. Wasnt a big turn out but those that did were really nice cars

Looks like a good time! Funny the three all are quad headlight models and two with Keystones,.. Cool!. I always liked my "stones" on my old Laguna.

The one bad thing on a near perfect Malibu is on passenger side down by bottom of the vinyl top was just starting to bubble but other wise beautiful car

You never know what's hiding out there.  After I moved into my house I met a guy that lives three houses away on the other side of the street.  He showed me his '77 elcamino that hasn't seen the light of day in years.  He even has a '73 Laguna nose for it (that he wont part with Mad  ) He also has 3 '71/72 Monte Carlos, & 2 '53 f-100's (one has been apart since the early '80's). I don't think he ever does anything with any of them , except the one nice '72 Monte Carlo that I see leave one or twice a year.

I was for a long time.  Not so much anymore, I like the standard '74 front end.  But I do really like the '74/'74 Laguna nose also.

Lol I have felt your pain before. Yrs ago found a 64 imp in the time it took me to sprint 3 blocks the guy sold it for 300 less then we agreed and did it on payments hell I had full asking price in cash in hand

I think there are a lot more of these cars out there than we think.    

The more we post on here the better the chances are that we attract more traffic & hopefully it'll lead more folks finding us & more active members.
