Limey, brooklyn NY ? I use to cover that area and yes they steal cars all the time. Very interesting place to work.

it probably already has some stupid oversize wheels on it, and some poorly installed stereo equipment. Barf lets hope this isnt the case. happy bowtie

Kids probably,they used to steal those all the time. You can do it with a screwdriver is seconds.
