He's a local "Northern" Ma$$hole. His video is funny as h3ll.

Here in MA you're not supposed to park on a major artery during a "snow emergency" but sometimes there is no other choice. This guy was a bit ridiculous and he deserved getting the axe for being STUPID ENOUGH TO POST A VIDEO of himself doing this.

He can bust a nut over it if he wants in private I guess but after he posted this video- people went CRAZZZZZY.

back in iowa there were plow drivers that if they seen ya out the would speed up and throw the snow on ya till city seen home video
