stud girdle choices? Empty stud girdle choices?

1piece or 2piece? I need advice on which works best and why before I buy.Does anyone have real track experience with a stud girdle? Thanks for all suggestions even if you just know a drag racer who uses them.

i run a dirt latemodel it all depends on the rockers and rpm,cam and spring pressure should be bought buy your eng builder he will have all spec then make sure a good set of studs 3/8 for street and 7/16 for all out racing
