I have a 76 malibu wagon with 56000 original miles.Had only 53000 when i bought in 07.it took 5 years to find a completely rust and dent free car.Originally sold in tampa fla.at Roger Whitley Chevrolet.I have a note pad from 1976-1998 at which it only had about 49000 miles. This was a log when ever gas was put in the car.eventually yhe car was brought to upstate New York.Since then the car has had duals, new wheel wheel trim, roofrail moldings new HUGGER ORANGE PAINT(originally 70's gm tan). Also have the original factory build sheet.Baby moons are from a 73 chevelle deluxe coupe which i parted out.The malibu is used on nice days with our granddaughters who love riding in wagon.Suprised how many people have never seen one of these wagons. This is older people as well.Gotta love these wagons, god knows i do. Does anybody have a rear wind deflector forsale?

Wagons have taken on a whole new following in recent years! Congrats on finding such a nice example (with some nice mods, it sounds like!). I just might be able to help on that wind deflector. I know of several wagons at one of my favorite yards and would be glad to check them out for you.

Shocked Wait a second. This car sounds extremely familiar. Sounds like the one I passed about two years ago on route 9G in Germantown. I was driving my blue Malibu. That's the only car i've seen to this day in my area thats anything even close to my car. Let me know if you've ever been in that area!

I agree, I want some pics too, I only got to see the car at 55mph in the southbound lane on 9G. I was actually thinking about turning around and chasing you down to see if you had any parts! Laughing
