found out today when i compared them that they are different....

the colors of the net,outline of windsheild,and the bases are different.

found another chevelle that i didn't have and what looks to be an elcamino. but its got the steering wheel on the right side. scratch

Its an Australian Holden,I have one like that in red. The side window is a different shape,It actually called a Ute. Matchbox makes a new one as well on the shelves now.

I have two different Lagunas, a Monte Carlo, a 73 GTO, and two 73 Grand Ams in Johnny Lightning. The 73 Chevelle SS is a 1/64 slot car. The only larger scale plastic Grand Am model I can find is a 1/43 scale 74 model. I have a 1/24 scale Laguna race car model, but no street version. still adding to my collection Johnny10

i too have that chevelle. i dont think it has seen light of day for about 20 years. i have a grand am or GTO to somewhere,cant remember what color it is tho. JL also did the 76 cutlass. i have alot of different #2 dale cars too (just because they are the montes).

But did you know about the Grand am 1/32 from lindberg? it came out in 1996.

Yes, that's the one I have. I thought it was 1/43 scale, I didn't check the box first. And NO.. 77 Mali, they never made the SD-455 Grand Am, but it WAS in the write ups before the model year came out. What a tease! There is at least one guy who made one himself though.

Does anyone make a 73-77 Monte Carlo or Chevelle model that is Not a race car? I would like to find one to rob the interior bucket from, and build my Laguna model as a street version ...

Revell made a snap together 1/25. Don't know how long ago. I think you could make it stock or a low-rider 2-in-1 type of deal. Don't quote me.

Lindberg made a cross between a 73/74 monte in 1/32 scale.

Revell makes a 1/25 77 monte. It comes in blue, red, green. All released at different times.

i have the complete series of either 5 or 7
my 1/24th scale dale sr guna was actually bout on a clearance sale 4 yrs ago at a chevy dealer for less then $30
