Re: wtb cross ram intake
Its gone! At the price I had it for, it was a give-a-way. Just the carbs, which were off a 65 426 Hemi, was worth what I got for it. I knew it would not last long. I will give you some advise, if you are planning on driving it on the street yoy would have to limit it to 2 350 cfm carbs. Anything above that and it just will not work right. The one I had was on a strictly drag car. JB

Re: wtb cross ram intake

Re: wtb cross ram intake
true just be careful depends on compression like you said and what type of rotating assembly you have, and how much boost you go for. Have you been on STS (squires turbo system) .com? they have universal twinturbo kits great for muscle cars and it goes on the exhaust so you use no mufflers it sounds kinda silly way to do it bit it works great, definate sleeper choice becuase theyll be under the car, check it out.

Re: wtb cross ram intake
im trying to custom build it myself because i have a ton of room under the hood and am trying to do it on a slight budget over time just peice here peice there. i also think i can build a turbo specifically designed for our cars that would give optimum performance while still fitting under the hood and away keeping the expensive components from the ground

Re: wtb cross ram intake
thats a single turbo but yea it can be done.
what turbos do you plan on running?
I looked at the Garrett GT ball bearing turbos a while back and came up with two T04 turbos with 60 trim compressor and P trim exhaust wheel would be a good quick spooling and able to produce enough boost for my big blocks
