Re: 305 heads on a 350
They make some nice brackets that they sell in Summit but they are about 100 bucks but are aluminum and will probably work like a champ. See what I didi was use the Edlebrock bracket for a regular manifold and then cut off the bottom and made a new bottom out of plate and welded it on to the bracket, worked good it seems. Yeah I had it second and it was pulling like crazy I was about to shift but came up on the guy in front of me too fast.

I got in the right side header, plugs, starter, etc before it began to rain hard but was almost there...sheesh! Got me a nice air cleaner too! Can't wait to fire the old girl up & just hear the difference. Then must bleed brakes before she'll drive.

Comp Cams Magnum Rockers. These are flat tappet shape w/ Roller. Got the car started but some back-fires cut the warm up short. Either the dist rotor is in wrong or wires....no fire in #2,4,6. Have to check what's going on. Sorry to hear about your loss of power. That stinks.
