Orange Juice'd is the nickname of the car, but her real name is Stacy. One of my buddies was joking around and called it "Malibu Stacy", after the barbie doll that Lisa Simpson has. Since then, that has been her name. Laughing

Remy-Z dates back to my sophmore year of HS in Colorado Springs. I had moved there for the start of that year, and I quickly became well known because of my arguments with teachers (a no-no in post-Columbine Colorado) and the stunts I used to pull with the Monte SS I owned at the time. I was in a French class, and Remy was the name that I chose as my francois title, so people just called me that until they learned my name. I used it on one of the first forums I got hooked on (one for Dodge Diplomats...see it before calling me out!) and it's stuck. Ten years later...

well i started with the name greensway94. this started in high school me and my wife (now) talking online choose colors for text thsu our nicknames of red and green came about i was green she was red she had a 96 mustang that was red i had a 94 t-bird that was green weird kinda irony.. the names stuck around for while sold the cars got married shes always named our cars and the malibu and t-bird both got the name sway from her she says it fit them both. so the malibu became the sway #2 and i quickly put a name together with the cars color and logged on here actually i think i found this site via google to so. thats a short long story cyclops

OK I'll respond four years late lol. My two old cars are a '60 olds dynamic 88, and a '74 chevelle. When trying to come up with a screen name for (AOL I think, its been years) we put part of the names from both cars together and volia a name that no one had. <?>

BTW, wasn't much happening at work today, so I was looking through old threads.

I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2003, their mascot is the Hawkeyes. I use this handle on all the forums i can and had it on my license plates when i lived in Wisconsin.

It always seemed to me that people either love or hate 73-77 Chevelles. There is no in between from my observation. So I always told my buddies that when I go to a swap meet, I don't have to fight anyone for the parts for my car there because I'm the only sick S.O.B. that likes these cars! Thats where sick73chevelle came from. "my cars not sick, I am" (for liking it). Very Happy
