As with the 73 headlight extensions being one year only, so are the 73 and 74 headlight bezels.  The 74 has a bevel around the edge while the 73 does not.  And I believe last time I tried some 74 bezels they did not fit my 73 headlight extensions.

As for the laguna, 73-74 are the same.  Here are the GM part numbers from a 1974 Chevy parts manual.

Both sets came off of 74 El Caminos. They are driver quality, no major dents or scratches but do have some blemishes.
