Happy Fathers Day to All fathers either still here or Have gone ahead of Us I truly Hope it was a Great day for ev1 !!!!
My self spent the day Looking at houses now the Financing has almost been confirmed will be Buying our first House the one we have been in the last five years And entered into contract for 3 years and would be contingent on Buying it as long as it passed Inspection IT FAILED Miserably House is valued at 79,950 fair market value and needs $21,452 in repairs NOPE NO TY

I spent Father's Day at my farm in Michigan's Upper Peninsula! No neighbors (middle of a National Forest), No phone - land line disconnected and cell only works on Wifi, unfortunately my kids could not make it.
