Greetings from Chi-town
Hello to everyone. Long, long time owner of both 77 and 87 M/C's. 'Bout time to make the 77 "right" as can be. Still wearing it's original lacquer with painted on stripes. Hopefully you all don't mind me picking your brains for advice as I travel down this road...
Peace,
Chuck

Welcome! Nice looking Monte. Is it still in the same condition as when that picture was taken in 2003? How is the 87? I also have a 86 SS.

Re: Greetings from Chi-town
Hey guys thanks for the comments and welcome. The old 77's picture is actually from 2013 when I purchased the "shop" that the car is pictured in. The cameras date was off.
It really is a pretty nice ride. I'll take some pics next time I'm by it in a week or 2.
The 87 I have is an SS model aerocoupe black on tan split bench column shift. It needs a full sheet metal resto but interior and underside of it are pretty nice. Super rare I'm told.
I'll post some more soon.

Boy I can't stop sorry about the low quality as these are pictures of pictures taken 30 years ago. The Malibu was a factory 350 4mv air tilt cruise power lock car.

Re: Greetings from Chi-town
Great looking group of cars. My 86 was only driven until 1989, then I bought a old Lesabre to drive everyday. It has been tucked away in a garage, not seeing any weather since. This picture was taken a couple years ago.
Your aerocoupe with the bench is rare. I think there around 6000 areocoupes made in 87.
