Can anyone decode this for me? I know what most of it means but I'm unsure of the codes 08N, AN7, 03B.  Any help would be  appreciated

Can you post the codes as they are stamped on the tag ?  I know AN7 would be in the second line.

Or better yet, post the entire trim tag line by line.  That way we could decifer which are the build date, trim colors, paint codes, etc.

AN7 means swivel buckets for our cars.  A52 would be a bench. And I think there was a A65 which was a split bench with armrest. If I remember correctly.

08N is Dark Mahogony
03B is March (03) 2nd week (B) Build Date
AN7 is Swivel Buckets as Joe stated

Thanks. I have my original build sheet. It shows many options that I haven't seen on other Malibus. One particular code is damaged on the build sheet with a hole. I can make out ?C8 Demo Drive Pk. May be a VC8.

Any help with this one????

I got nothing on that code or description in my RPO code list. Can't even imagine what that would refer to.

What are some others?

AU3. A31, A42, A65, BY1, B84, B93, B96, CB4, CD4, C50, C60, D24, D34, K30, N33, UF3, UF7, U25, VE5,V30, VC8, ZJ9, ZO3, ZJ9, N41, K30

I hope I can learn what the "Demo Drive Pkg" included. (VC8 maybe ZC8) thats the one with the whole in part of the number.

Anyhow, these are most of the Build sheet items. Car was built in Arlington, Tx
