any 1 seen a Valve cover like this ? Actual Pic now
Here is Actual pic of cover and Yes I know its green LOL Anyways they were free they should be polished Alum or brushed if ypou don't want to spend time / effort to polish them.

Limey - my guess is they are aftermarket, and not legit, they don't have the Pontiac logo on them, but as I said just a guess. . .

A few yrs back gm performance catalog had those i believe could be gotten in chevy buick and pontiac if i remember right

Looks like a cast aluminum Mr gasket valve cover. Maybe get them soda blasted and polish them up. Might be good for someone doing a 70s style build. You have to make holes in them for a pcv and breather and use baffles under the holes. Ask me how I know.

Are you using them or selling them? Media blast them, paint them the color of your choice (I used vht wrinkle black) and the polish the fins.

Don't know really Yet John depends if I can get them to polish up nice if not then will use them

Wet sand the raised parts. Start with something like 600 grit, work up to 1500 grit. Polish with mothers mag polish...will look sweet.
