Well waiting for approval. But i bet around end march begin april not sure. Its a short surgery 2 inch incesion. Peal muscle off bone remove bone around nerve root then poke around and make sure no other things rubbing. Then stitch me up spend the nite get out next morning if nothing goes wrong. Then couple weeks recover then see what happens

Well today I picked up Surgical records and was reviewing them looking for they spacer manufacturer and the serial numbers that my lawyer before when I came acrossed something I'd seen in an article called BMP it is. A protein used promote bone growth what i remember is theres a gaint class action lawsuit over this stuff its not to be used in 2 level fusion only in single level fusion as per the fda 1 mistake other problem is cause uncontrollable bone growth meaning bone spurs and other growths. Also possible cancer so i jion in on class action suit hope it pays a little bit that company trying settle for low amount so far

Well just got out of hospital went in monday with viral pneumonia still anit perfect but they sent me home i need to get better before the 21 am having another back surgery if they think am still to sick well take 4 to 6 week reschedule surgery got i hatrle hospitals get so poor of service but they want top dollar for there service what a joke

Sinus are a mess too think a couple more days would have helped me out but who am to tell them there job i also hope am better before 21 really need this surgery. Well i think i kicked the pneumonia not 100 percent but well enough for surgery on the 21 st of april. Not looking foward too this one as doc said no guarantees going to remove some more bone around the nerves in my back there are some heavy risks again and may nt fix a thing. And doc said may remove some hardware on rigth side of back got a feeling i broke hardware and he s not telling me cuase it remove hardware mean cutiing into my scars witch could cuase more pain so me and doc got to talk before i say yes to removing stuff i still feel like he s covering his A$$

Well had surgery Thursday hurting really bad popping pills. Like a crack head doc said i should have a big reduction in pain well that didn't happen am home and bedridden for a week or two back using a walker and back brace

Well. Today i feel like hell spent most of day in bed to sore to get out of it but i did nt sleep it gave me time to think the year and half ive been off work has been the worst of my life the people i worked with couldnt care less not one call or letter in the whole time the only call from my job was that i need to back pay my heath lnsurance. Then a letter in mail that i was fired for being hurt and being on fmla which is a lie. And all everyone says is get over it. There s days like this when i wish i was in a coma tired of hurting phyiscally and emotionally

That's actually illegal. If that's what they really did, you should have a case to take to the labor board.

I'm familiar with people you work with not caring at all. Been there, done that. Not fun. Even worse is when friends do the same thing.

I ve talked to my lawyers cuase i have 2 of them one for work comp and other going after. Doc and medical product for medtronic's infuse lawsuit. The work comp lawyer say them firing me helps me so when i get ligth duty since i was fired they have keep paying me same money till i have my functional capacity test and even then they have find me a job that pays whst i used to make a week which is about 800.00 a week with what i ll have a disablity n restrictions so then it becomes a pay differential case which add more money to my settlment so incense they did me a favor but if i could. Go back in time i wouldnt have fallen down and killed my back

Well 22 days since surgery can only walk short distance my rigth leg always hurt s then my left foot and calf starts to hurt my wife gave me whoa nelly saying your the only person i know who get worse after surgery i said you didnt read warning about surgery said could make pain get worse. I feel alone going through this somedays she caring other days i get the bitch lately i get the bad one am so tired of this life ive been given i figth to get out of bed everyday i have to take a pill then wait till it kicks in tell i can get out. Ive tried driving boy thsts scary no fun when u cant feel stuff and feet hurt pushing on pedals plus the pain pills would get me a dui. At this point i can see a end to this any more

Well another month has passed still trying to figure whats going on with my life it's Been a series of Trials And issues had a big family figth where i almost got arrested when my step kid got pissed i called her a name i swear cops these day are just dumb still trying to figure out some money issues. Looks like its going to be a while till i get my chevelle back on road which is killing me i need some joy in my life

Well talked to surgeon today he told me there nothing more Surgical they could do for me so a month of physical therapy and functional capacity test to see how disabled i am kinda scared to find out but i also need to know. The vocational retraining and find me a new job that i can do with my disabilty ive been trying to fibd the energy to try to finish my malibu but it hard too when you dont even want to get out of bed
