Never had them, you'd have to cut them out, can fit a 4 1/2"mid in there because of the lower " a "pillar opening.

You can make your own. But you will have to make it bolt or screw onto the existing panel as our cars have the plastic strip that goes over the pinch welt in the car. Here is one I made in a 36 Buick with gold plexiglass insert wrapped in leather.

Follow the your tube video or just search for some more. But make a mold that will go on top of the kick panel. This is just for reference

That is beautiful work! My front speakers are currently just sitting in the front floor. I can't even use my dimmer switch. lol... Wanna make me a set? Trade you some design work? lol...
