74 to 73 swap
Ive got a VERY rusty 74 Laguna, I just picked up a solid 73 Malibu. My plan is to swap the engine and trans (400/400), rear posi and the interior from the guna to the Malibu.
My question is, will the dash's swap?
I'm swapping the swivel buckets, center console and steering columns.
also are the door panels the same size?
the 73 dash is just too plain and the guna dash is the SS style.
thanks

Re: 74 to 73 swap
Hey, theres nothing wrong with plain. My wife was quite plain and skinny when I married her and guess how she turned out. I dont have to worry about her reading this, she has passed many years ago. JB

everything will fit for when i had maligoon (my blue 74) i had put a laguna 73 dash in her so it will go in reverse also you should not have a problem with the swap just make sure you use the wiring harness (dash) that is allready set up for the rally gauge pack (SS style) or you will have to re-arrange some wires, by the way i have the post on how to change that around for the SS style if ya feeling lazy after the swap LOL

Re: 74 to 73 swap
THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT STEP TO ALL THIS, BAG AND TAG YOUR BOLTS AND SCREWS, MOST ARE SPOT SPECIFIC FOR THE DASH AND YOU DON'T WANNA GET THEM SCREWED UP OR LOST LOL
