GM RPO G66?
Made an interesting discovery yesterday...a '77 GMC Sprint that came from the factory with Superlift Rear Shock Absorbers per the sticker on the inside of the glove box. Had not seen that before. From what I can find, this was a GM RPO code G66. Car/truck was sitting in tall grass and weeds, so was unwilling to crouch down to see if they were still intact.

My 74 has the same thing, I thought all Elkys came with them. I have not looked for a sticker in my glove box, so don't know what the official name is or if mine would be called spring helpers or shock absorbers. JB

My '77 Elco that I bought new, had those, and the sticker. Like said, they all had them, and they are mentioned in the owner's manual.
