Just brought my chevelle back from my inlaws garage. I store it there over the winter because they leave for florida. Snapped a couple of pics. Little dusty in the pics. I painted her in 1989 and its never been washed. Just sits under a cover. Trunk lid is open because thats where may battery and disconnect are. The interior is not white, its the factory "off white" color. The door panels were made by a friend of mine back in the 80's and he covered the seats as well. All to match the back seat. The back seat is from a 73 laguna. When I take the car apart this winter the original panels and back seat will be going back in. As well as new front seat covers. Boy am I glad I kept every part of this thing. The hood if full fiberglass L88. Mine came with the factory black tail panel as well. Painted her in '89 and she has only 2 coats of wax since the paint job. Its Lacquer. Enjoy.

I'm pretty sure the "off white" was a 73-74 thing. Never seen pure white on those years. I keep looking at the 73 laguna rear seat and really like it, but its coming out. Cant wait to sandblast my new frame this summer. Then I'll be ready to roll.

I though I had my 76 a long time, ( since 1994) but you have me beat.

Joe,get a inspection ! Those troopers will spot that sticker in a second ! Car looks great! Get it up to shoprite Saturday night for the cruise !

The L88 hood was from a place called Fibermotive in Florida. Bought it in 1986 or 87. They went out of business. The car is always in need of an inspection. Its only been inspected about 3-4 times since '89. Since '89 I put on less than 700 miles. Longest trip was moving it up from the city to putnam county. After I redo her this winter I'll be taking her out alot more.
