Go check it out it's pretty cool, hard to believe how much of it was automated, anyways enjoy !

Yeah, pretty cool ! My dad had a '36 Chevy deluxe when I learned to drive, around 1946. It had the "knee-action" front suspension, as opposed to the standard leaf springs. And of course it had the in-line "stove-bolt six"

There was a scene there when they married the body to the frame...pretty scary how they just threw those on like they did w/ all the workers near buy. I bet they had a few more industrial accidents back then.

Do you mean like "duck, here comes the body" !!! I'm sure that they had more accidents in those days. They have had a few at the local GM plants here too, over the last couple of decades. One was a lift truck driver, who made the mistake of parking under a big hopper, that was attached above him. Bad place to take a break. That day, the hopper came loose & fell.......maybe he should have kept moving.....
