Re: remove deflector vents on a dash
you can remove the left one by removing the gauge bezel.
the middle will be difficult, but it can be done from the bottom.
the right can be changed by removing the glovebox.
a 1/4 inch socket will be needed to remove the screws.

Re: remove deflector vents on a dash
Just pulled an excellent center one out of a '75 Laguna. Remove the lower plastic A/C ducting (if so equipped) and maybe the ashtray housing to get a hand and 1/4" socket up there. There are four screws...each to the side of the four corners...that hold it in. Two uppers can be seen if you stand on your head and look up. The two lowers are mostly by feel.

SEM trim black works great on those by the way. I did all my vents and bezels with that stuff. You have to get that chrome all off (time consuming) but I think well worth the look. I found scothchbrite worked well. https://s1085.photobucket.com/albums/j438/bud83man/
