Spotted this 76/77 Cutlass in the parking lot at work this morning. Guess it belongs to an employee. The car looks nicer in the picture than it actually is. Needs a restoration.



Also spotted that blue Malibu from my previous post in the parking lot again. A green 73-75 Cutlass came through the parking lot shortly after I spotted the Malibu.

I decided to take a ride in the Elco out a fewthis back country roads and spotted this;

Sign says 54,900 miles. Inside is real nice. Has small amount of rust bubbling under the vinyl below the rear window.

I sure do like that one! Black and red is one of my favorite color combos.

Wish I would have been able to get a picture of it at work today, but I saw a Robin Egg Blue 73/74 Buick Century coupe drive by the station. Looked to be in real great shape.

i once had a spoiler like that on the back of my small block 73 monte 10 years ago. mine was off a mid 80s firebird. that kinda looks the same.

i also always thought our monte would not look good in purple ,but im diggin it.

Spent my $18 per ticket x2, not to mention the $8 to park at the Autorama here in Cleveland yesterday. We walked the million square foot facility for more than three hours. Out of the hundreds of cars in the place, guess how many were G3's. Whats that? Did you say one? ding ding ding ding! You would be correct! One dual headlight Elcamino in white. It was a real nice one though. Aside from that, man was there some bad paint jobs in that place. Half of the cars there look like they were painted with a vacuum cleaner! And alot of atrocious bodywork too. I have not been to the event for about twenty years, but when we were kids we used to go every year. It was reserved for the best of the best cars. Thats why you pay the money to get in. Now it is just a glorified indoor cruise in. What a letdown! I think I will pass on it next year.

my brother took his kids to the world of wheels in Chicago 2 weeks ago, it cost them 60 bucks to walk in the door and then 35 bucks for 3 hotdogs and 3 drinks, they were there for about 2 1/2 hrs. and had enough, he said it was filled with rice burners, maybe about 5 American classics. they all agreed to pass on that show in the future.

This 73 has been eluding me for quite some time. Its constantly passing me on the opposite side of the highway, or street. Never get the chance to track down the owner. My brother managed to get this pic in traffic on saturday. We're getting closer

Ha that's Lowell! I saw a black/charcoal one on 62 the other day in town- Nice looking one too a 73 I think...no camera of course. I was gonna pull a "Counting Cars" on the guy, LOL.

I was in Dedham last week. Right off the highway, first left after Mighty Subs... there's a triple black 73 grand am. It was absolutely beautiful. Couldnt get a pic fast enough.

I saw that GP once also on 95/128 heading north like two weeks ago it's really a nice shiney black...I gotta stop leaving the camera in the workshop & keep it in the car..my cell cam stinks.

Have you seen "Big Blue" It's a medium blue 73 Chevelle w/ "Big Blue" in script on the lower trunk or the panel just below the backglass..can't remember which. I've seen it parked near Malden/Saugus on the south bound side a few times near Rte 99. Looks like a nice one also.

I have heard about it, but never seen it. There's a burgundy 75ish Malibu running around billerica /bedford area. Also my brothers neighbor uses a 77 elcamino as a halloween decoration. Throws a dummy in it and smears blood on the glass. I guess it use to be a solid car, now its rotted pretty bad from sitting.

Don't know if anybody else has seen it but we made the movies again. The new gi Joe has a 73 el Camino. Apparently its the General's car.

Paul,what color blue? Does it have a vinyl top? my friend sold his blue 73 to a guy in MA. We were wondering what happened to it. Had Cragars on it and blue inside too. Was a pretty original car (paint,top) .
