I haven't been at any local junk yards yet, but I figured I would narrow my search by asking if there are any cars out there that the center consoles will fit a 74 laguna with a 4 speed, maybe with a little triming?

ive seen a 69-72 chevelle console in a 74 chevelle back in the day.

Blazer consoles fit the earlier gen cars nicely. I bet you could make a 4 speed fit in there if you find a manual trans console from an S10/Sonoma. Not sure exactly what Dan has in the 70, but he could tell you.

That mystery console in the first picture is a console from a 4th gen F-Body. The top passenger side of that console has the swing out cup holder. It would have gear markings/shifter for a 4 speed auto.

The later 4th gen's have the side opening console and the earlier cars have the front to back opening console.
