thatfnthing wrote:Agreed. That's too bad, 'cuz we're way more fun.
Seriously, though: it's pretty quiet over there.
My other passions are the PerformanceYears Pontiac site (about 8 pages of threads per day) and the '67-72' Chevy pickup site (about 14 pages per day). Those places are hoppin'.
After all this hype I'm expecting big things from you guys...

Yes, we have a bit more activity than the '73/'77 chevy talk forum. Are members seem to be a little more passionate about their cars. WelcomeKeith Seymore wrote:dynchel wrote:He is a regular on chevytalk. I've tried to get him to come here but he politely said no.
Ok, ok....you win.
Happy?

Re: Keith Seymore's ride
Welcome sir. I have a picture of your car I found on the net back in college stuck on my moms garage door. It was the only one I found anywhere at the time with a cowl hood. It is still hanging there even though I don't live there anymore. Good to have you on here.

You finally broke him down didn't you??
Welcome Keith, I am looking forward to bouncing ideas back and forth about drag racing, preformance and big motors. I've been trying to get a performance section going here so any advice or topics you'd like to start go ahead.

Re: Keith Seymore's ride
Wow. I just read through this and saw a lot of names that we don’t see anymore. What happened to “The Dude” or “Dynchel” or “Driveit”? I see some other names in there that don’t stop by as well. The good thing is that Keith is still rocking a fast car. A wheels up G3 is a great sight for sure.

Re: Keith Seymore's ride
I agree RevinKevin. I spent an evening reading thru his build, and he has done a fantastic job of making a car that can haul the mail, and then haul the mail on the streets as well. And it appears he's done it with all stock, or modified stock parts. I tip my hat to you Keith.

Him and Another Family Member founded this Site in 2008 ..... Made me an Admin Shortly after There have been some other Admins and Moderators but they fell to the way side.
BlackChevelleSS still checks in and keeps thing running for most part but the day to day things I was assigned to take care of , its been a Long road other People have came and have went on Ahead of us (passed away) I really miss them at times they were so full of Knowledge and what not for these cars I tried to soak up as much as Could in the short times we spoke. JB2wheeler was here from Beginning and of all the Members Besides JB2wheeler & HydroKing them two Members cross my mind alot, I talked alot with both on the phone I would love to meet alot more of yall Before I'm Called home I enjoy talking with each and everyone of you guys / gals I have talked to from Here !!! That is from my Heart and I THANK ALL OF YOU ALL FOR THE CONTINUED SUPPORT HERE AT G3, My Phone is always open to talk ( well not at 1am but still )

Re: Keith Seymore's ride
This is a great history lesson Limey. I remember reading some of this back when I first joined the site but really didn't have a full appreciation of what was happening here on the forum. Now I read through some of these old threads and learn a bunch of stuff that went way over my head the first time reading it. Just type in a topic and a ton of info is at your fingertips. You all have done a great job on this site. Hope it continues on for many years to come.
