Any one have these? I just noticed the buckles in my 73 are cracked.Anybody know where to get them fixed ? What other cars used these?

All A-Bodies 73-77. They either had plastic or metal buckles. I'm sure the Monte's and Chevelles had the same buckles.

Re: Exploding seat belts
i think the 73's mostly came with the old style shoulder belts that you have to click into the lap belt- correct? that means the other year cars might not have beltsthat bolt in, unless the rectractable belts were optional.
and to maligoon- how much for the front bucket lap belts, and what color are they? somewhere along the line, i lost the bucket front seatbelts out of my parts car..

I have a Black bench in the car. These are the small buckels with a GM Logo on them. Are the ones you have black? They are different from my 77, about 2in x 3 in. I think only used in 72 and 73.

Re: Exploding seat belts
"EXPLODING" buckles were used from late 72 until 74. I had them in my '74 Chevelle. There were none with guts when I got the car, but rummaging through it, I found enough guts to at least have front seat belts. They were held together with metal brackets and black cloth tape to cover the brackets. Never found any for the back seat...
