Blue Collar Buick Door Handles
Does anyone here know what vehicle the guys from Muscle Car got the door handles from, that they swapped onto the Blue Collar Buick in place of the old ones and form what I can tell it's a pretty straight forward swap. They work perfect with the body lines IMO, and since I can't stand how the current door handles stick out like a giant face mole it just needs to be changed.

Re: Blue Collar Buick Door Handles
I was considering using door handles from an s10. My father in law has a 1996 model and the shape of them is rectangle with rounded corners.

Re: Blue Collar Buick Door Handles
How's that a direct swap? I'd wanna do older Chevelle handles & do away with the breaking handle syndrome if I did anything that radical.

Re: Blue Collar Buick Door Handles
Never said it was a direct swap just said it was pretty straight forward. What I was meaning is that it's not all that difficult of a swap for such a dramatic difference, plus as they show on Muscle Car most all of the mechanicals are the same as the originals and only need to slightly modify the pushrod for the door handle.Rago wrote: How's that a direct swap? Re: Blue Collar Buick Door Handles
Yeah gotta admit those are some very nice looking handles. The only reason I'm not going to use a nicer looking set of classic door handles is because the theme I'm going for my Chevelle is a much more modernized, pro-touring feel.1973montec wrote: i wanted to use the grand prix handles from a 70-71
