owner is real nice guy and invited him here car is a 77 but grafted 73 trunk and last 1/4 of 1/4 panels visor in front is from 54 chevy cut down to fit and wing on back window is from 01 caravan cut to fit.

I like all but the lil JC Whitney add ons, the front windshield sun visor would look better NOT used as a front spoiler and angled it more to the contours of the car ...........BUT really like the paint

the thing is its a 77 with the 73 trunk and 1/4 of 1/4 panels added. now some stuff im not fond of but he loves our years of montes and built one that he likes and for us g3 guys thats all that counts. and the car was painted in his barn by his brother. and let me tell you you would never know looks like it was done by one of those high dollar body shop.

I helped a fellow repaint a car in a building that he bragged only cost him $300. It was basically four walls (barely) some rafters, and some thick rubber for the roof. He also used the rubber material for the doors. He would do the spray work before dawn and the rubber roof soaked up enough heat to effectively bake the finish on during the day. The dude had his issues and the property is now condemned, but he knew his s*** concerning body work.

If you talk to him again ask him what size rear tires are on there please, and what is the backspacing on the rims.

love how the bumpers were trimmed and sunk in with the fillers thrown in the dumpster.. exactly what i wanna do to my 74. this is the first one i've seen that was actually done, and now i know it will look awesome if i do it right.
