Wow, a dishonest car dealer? I don't beleive it.

I'd get a lawyer just for advice, but the lawyers' fees would probably make up the difference in what he saved on the car.

He can probably force the sale on his own. It is a legally binding contract in any state. If the guy kept his documentation, there isn't a court in the country that would side with the dealer.

This guy doesn't even need a lawyer to get that car. He just needs to push eBay and press the matter, and show that he's at least tried to make the payment on the vehicle. eBay contracts work like any other contract, and if the dealer still refuses to sell the car, that's when he should file a lawsuit.

he has all info and tons of suport from many many sites ebay wont help hes getting press and lawyer dealer trying to say it was a mistake and didnt know the reserve was removed and will make him good deal but not at winning bid pure bs.

btw do beleive i made the 100 post milestone yee haw
