1974-1977 Chevelle/Monte Carlo/El Camino Dash Pad

Any leads on a 74-77 Chevrolet A Body dash pad, let me know. I have a near perfect black one from a 73 El Camino. I just hate to let it go until I find a 74-77. Thank you to all of you that keep our cats going. Mitchell

These are basically unobtainium now. Any nice original GM pad you may find would likely crack if you looked at it wrong.
I called Just Dashes in CA about my black '76 pad and they quoted me $1800 (before tax/ship, with no underlying core damage) to restore it with their closed cell foam. This is really the only viable option at this point if you want an OE level, day one appearing product.
That's going to price a lot of guys out, especially in the '73-'77 community, but actually restoring cars is expensive.

Yes, Just Dashes did one for me about 5 years ago. It was 1800.00 plus shipping. It was much nicer than a dash cap, but does not compare with the original OEM. It was too thick and puffy after Just dashes did mine. Again, much better than a cover, but you just can't beat GM OEM. Thank you for your reply.
