Heater Control Cable Empty Heater Control Cable

I need a little help to know what the tab on the below cable looks like where it attaches to the heater box. I am going to try and make a tab but I'm not sure how it is supposed to look. Below is what the cable currently looks like.

Thanks! Yes that helps out. Wished they would have kept the bracket metal instead of going to plastic, less risk to break like mine did.

I used Gorilla Epoxy putty to create a new tab. Its not the most attractive thing but it seems to function good and better than not having a tab attached. I did use Q-Bond super glue to try and glue the old tab back onto the bracket but it did not hold. This seems like it will last for a while. This was my fifth try, my patience didn't allow me to let the putty cure for a full 24 hours before drilling and trying to attach it to the heater box.
