has anyone try'ed to use 73 or 74 tail lights on a 75 i like the look of the 73 or 74 much better than my 75 tail lights

You probably stand a better chance with the 74 than the 73, due to 74 sharing the same rear bumper standards as 75. The 73 will require a lot of reworking.
